LD/LDH Plough Ribbon Blender Mixing Machine 304 Stainless Steel Spicy Powder Mixer

Introduction

Plough share mixer with oil spray system is used to mix dry powder, granules, low fibrous materials and mix paste with low viscosity, and spray liquid together.

Working Principle

The horizontal ribbon blender consists of a U-shape trough with a semicircular bottom and is fitted with a horizontal longitudinal shaft.The shaft has mounted arms supporting a double spiral type ribbon. Inner ribbons move materials toward the ends of the ribbon blender whereas the outside ribbons move material back toward the center of the ribbon blender. The ribbons move materials both radially and laterally to insure thorough blends in short cycle times. the materials form the axial reciprocating motion in the mixing chamber. Material outlets are in the middle of the cylinder bottom. The outside ribbon driven by the main shaft moves materials to discharge.

Features of plough shear mixer

Plough shear mixer is formed circular cylinder barred, drive mechanism, plough shears ,discharging vent and other devices ; plough share inside mixer is rotating with main axial so that the materials along with the cylinder cantilever radial circumferential turbulence, at the same time the radial material through shear group, was scattered by the high speed sheer ,constant alternation, compound, the materials is mixed uniformity in short time.
1. It is high speed to the materials for cutting , crushing ,blending.

2. It is with attractive appearance under advance processing technology , there is smaller gap between plough shear and barrel .

3. Main shaft seal with PETP seal and air -purged seal .

4. It can be added heating or cooling jacket device if necessary .
