Product Description
Spray Dryer Pharmaceutical adopts a fully enclosed form, all parts
are made of stainless steel, equipped with a three-stage
purification device, and the filtered air reaches the level of
100,000. The cylinder and the top are equipped with cold wall
devices to make the wall temperature less than 80°C, and the drying
tower is equipped with an air brush sweeping tower device. The
traditional Chinese medicine extract powder dried by this machine
will not show the phenomenon of coking and deterioration, greatly
increase the powder collection rate (more than 95%), and will not
produce the phenomenon of mixing medicine and sticking to the wall.

1.Liquid, paste, soupy, material, like: salty essence, broth
essence, soy sauce powder, amino acid, vinegar powder.
2. Food additives, fish protein, egg powders, mushroom powder,
maltodextrin, etc.

1.The tower is equipped with a cold air jacket and automatic
vibration device；
2.The dryer can be equipped with automatic control & thermostatic
feeding tank;
3.There are quick opening cleaning hole and sewage hole in the
tower and piping system;
4.Manual supplied accessories for the high-pressure washing system
is available;
5.All product contact parts are made with stainless steel(or whole
parts with stainless steel);
6.Product collect way adopts two grade cyclones and water film
duster;
7.The inlet air temperature can be controlled by a continuous
automatic control device.
8.The dryer can be equipped with gas cleaning device.
